Champagne, haute cuisine and crystal glass come together starting next week as three-Michelin-starred L Atelier de Joël Robuchon launches The Art of Revealing Nature dining experience with Perrier-Jouët and French luxury crystal house, Lalique. The six-course menu draws the attention of diners to the synergy between these three usually disparate forms of creative expression by matching executive chef Adriano Cattaneo s cuisine with six vintage and non-vintage champagnes from Perrier-Jouët, poured into Lalique s delicate crystal glassware. Pairings include caviar and mimosa with the vibrant Blanc de Blancs NV, the signature shining sea urchin cream and fennel emulsion with the floral Belle Epoque 2012, and the quail and foie gras with the Blason Rosé.
