as of this, our five are dead, 25 are injured. 22-year-old gunman entered club q and began firing shots with a long rifle. at the time, the club was hosting a drag diva show. officials today saying that to club doors were able to subdue the gunman, who is now in custody. we were told about what possibly motivated this attack. steve patterson is in colorado springs for us tonight. steve, you ve been speaking with members of the community, what are they telling you? this is an unmitigated tragedy. it s something that we all is a country know over and over again. to have this happen, particularly for this community in colorado, the horror is unfathomable. i think that they will move on from this, talked to people that are organizing vigils getting people together and making sure that the community is talking about this. that s important for the healing process. for right now, we are still in that initial shock.
