CHEBOYGAN — Cheboygan City Manager Tom Eustice, at the Cheboygan City Council meeting Jan. 12, updated the council members on the work having been done at the Cheboygan Recreation Center on Cleveland Ave."The recreation center roof is complete," said Eustice.
