This is sunshine, and much different day than yesterday. We started out year early this morning, but look at whats been happening, worcester, north shore, and the clouds are moving in, apart, associated with the frontal boundary. It will drop in with clouds and maybe a sprinkle. The clouds are dropping south, but by lunchtime we cleared things out from the pike. Clouds will last a bit longer here on the south shore and the cape but here, too, well brighten things up. So starting out in the 60s. Were going to be in the low 70s by 10 00. Mid 70s for the lunch hour, and then brightening skies. Mid to upper 70s, making that run towards 80 this afternoon, town from brockton, taunton to new bedford, 80 degrees with mid 70s. Nearby hospital. This all started around 5 30 this evening. We understand a father and son went swimming with wetsuits in the water. They are experienced swimmers, were told. The father and son did not return home. So members of the family became concerned. They came down to the beach, noticed that their bikes were still here. They couldnt find them. So they contacted the police. That launched this massive search, and you agencies out there including coast guard with a jayhawk helicopter searching overhead. The son, he managed to get out on his own. He actually walked up to the command post around 7 20 tonight. But the father, it wassed he was still missing so they were still searching for him for a couple more hours. But around 9 20 this evening, we heard over the radio, the coast guard saw him treading water, the main beach area is and a rescue swimmer was deployed. The rescue swimmer grabbed that man and they were able to bring him here to shore. So were still collecting more inform
