Corning murals pay homage to Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians
Many artists from up and down the West Coast gathered to paint two murals that pay homage to the tribe’s legacy in the area.

CORNING, Calif. - If you are driving down Solano St. in Downtown Corning, make sure to check out two new large murals, thanks to the Paskenta Nomlaki Foundation.
This past week, many artists from up and down the West Coast gathered to paint these murals that pay homage to the tribe’s legacy in the area.
After partnering with community-based arts organization Urbanists Collective, the tribe wanted to promote more art and creativity within the community.
