She has more than 20 years of experience in the human resources field. Most recently, Wilcox served as vice president of human resources at St. Vincent de Paul Baltimore, a leading provider of community services to people suffering from the effects of hunger, homelessness, and poverty in the Baltimore region. In that role, and as a member of the organization’s executive committee, she developed the organization’s strategic plan and managed budget development and all functional areas of human resources.

Nothing has been “normal” for the Central New York restaurant industry in the past year, and that will hold true for the annual promotion called Syracuse Downtown Dining Weeks. This year, it’s “Delicious Downtown Deals,” and it will last a whole month (February) instead of the usual two weeks in February. That means it starts today and ends Sunday, Feb. 28. It’s coordinated by the Downtown Committee of Syracuse and Visions Federal Credit Union.
