the foreground of those pictures that you are seeing, to the right, is where the houses of parliament are situated. so, it gives you an idea as to the sort of geography of that whole area. of course, heavy security in that central district of westminster, between downing street and westminster and the houses of parliament. the regular shuttling between the prime ministeroffice and residence to the houses of parliament. and of course, down whitehall. all the government office buildings. clearly, it is downing street that is the centre of what has happened here, it is very much in it s early stages, early minutes, but no injuries. worth repeating, no injuries, but one arrest. that is after a car has collided with a gate there, the gate at downing street.
