Image: Instagram/Down House Sad news, folks. The beloved café Down House has shuttered after 10 years of business on Yale Street.   Known for being a laid-back coffeehouse, friendly neighborhood bar, and reliable spot for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch (and even if you had kids in tow), this spot s shuttering will undoubtedly leave a hole in many folks hearts. The restaurant announced its closure on Facebook and Instagram on Wednesday.   It’s really important to me to specifically acknowledge our staff, some of whom have worked here at Down House for 7, 8, 9+ years, owner Chris Cusack wrote in the post.
