Donated baked goods from Blue Moon Café are available for curbside pickup behind Caryl Community Center or a home delivery if needed.

The American Short Story 1960 - Present
Mondays 1:30-3 p.m.
March 1, 8, 15, 22. Cost: $35
Classes conducted on Zoom: Instructions on how to join these meetings will be e-mailed to participants.
This course will focus on reading and discussion of short stories by a selection of eight American authors including John Cheever, John Updike, Lorrie Moore, Jhumpa Lahiri, Mary Gordon, Elizabeth Strout, Junot Diaz and Chimananda Ngozi Adichie. Grab & Go Meals
Tuesday, Feb. 9; pickup from 1-2 p.m.; cost: $3.
Reserve a delicious meal to pick up behind Caryl Community Center. Drive-up, curbside service is available featuring individually prepared meals from local caterers. Enter from Whiting Road to the parking lot behind Caryl Community Center, stop at the booth, and put your car in PARK while staff and volunteers assist you. Home delivery is available if needed.

Though we cannot gather in large groups, there are still many ways to connect through Dover Council on Aging programs.
Try a virtual fitness class from Strength & Stability, Zumba Gold or Chair Yoga. Connect with friends and COA staff at Coffee & Conversation via Zoom, or join us for Senior Coffee in the Tent behind Caryl Community Center.
We have seen many of you at the curbside pickup of Powisset Farm fresh veggies and Blue Moon Cafe bread/bagels and at the Grab & Go meals. Join us at one of our upcoming events. Please email me to sign up.
Dover Council on Aging hosts Holiday Grab & Go meals

On Saturday, Dec. 5, the Dover Council on Aging held its Holiday Grab & Go meal pickup and handed out and delivered meals to 93 seniors.
The COA Reindeer greeted seniors as they arrived, and even Santa Claus came by to pick up a meal.
