LISBON Joshua A. Stewart, 32, West Pershing Street, Salem, was sentenced in Common Pleas Court to a year in prison with credit for 16 days already served and fined $5,000 for a third-degree felony aggravated possession of cocaine charge. Stewart had methamphetamines in an amount exceeding the bulk amount, but less than five times the bulk amount on Feb. 7, 2019.
Douglas G. Pridemore, 51, Moundsville, W.Va., was sentenced to a year in prison with credit 87 days served. He had previously pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, for trying to hide a baggie of a compound mixture containing cocaine on Sept. 27, 2018. Pridemore’s new sentence will be served concurrently with a prison sentence he is currently serving in West Virginia.
