The parking lot behind the Douglas County Museum was transformed into a drive-in movie theater Friday night, as dozens brought their cars to the Wheels ‘n Reels event.

“We do have a really good turnout for that event as long as there is good weather,” Anna Nelson, marketing director for the city, said. “It’s a fun community event.”
From being a teacher at South Umpqua High School, to grant writing, to owning her own clothing business, to owning her own bed and breakfast, to now writing a historical
