Jerry E. Hetland, age 76, of Miltona, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, June 26, 2023, at St. William’s Living Center in Parkers Prairie.
The program is provided by the Runestone Detachment 1409 Marine Corps League, which partners with Love INC of Douglas County Lakes Area and Reach Church in Alexandria.

Edward Jones office administrator announces retirement
Eileen Langner, a senior branch office administrator for an Edward Jones office in Alexandria, recently announced her retirement.
After almost 25 years of service with the firm, Langners s retirement will be effective Dec. 31. As a branch office administrator, she was responsible for the daily operation of a local Edward Jones office. Her duties included providing client service, supporting marketing activities for the office and staying updated on technological advances. Jamie Tikkanen will replace Langner.
