Governor should govern, not campaign
I have been waiting since the end of the Florida Legislative session for the proverbial other shoe to drop. It was obvious the governor had a solution, but it was not clear as to what the problem was.
Well, anyone watching the news on Thursday got the rest of the story. Too many people of color voted in the last presidential election. We used all of the opportunities the Republicans fought so hard for years to put in place. We did early voting, we voted by mail (as did the immediate past president) and we showed up in record numbers on election day. What more could one ask for to ensure Florida had as perfect an election as anyone could want?
