Endeavor Air and the CAE Minneapolis Training Center are cutting the ribbon this week on a newly expanded facility to train more pilots to meet the strong post-COVID demand for air travel.
Several Halifax-area schools currently have modular and portable classrooms to help address overflow issues. Two new schools are being built in Bedford and will open next September.
HRCE spokesperson Doug Hadley says the units are more permanent than portables, last longer, and can accommodate more classrooms with a smaller physical footprint.
