One witness tells us traffic lights were also knocked out. There is a situation with a high-voltage line, says Doug DeYoung with Consumers Energy, who says crews are in the process of making repairs. A cause for the outage is not yet known, but DeYoung says the issue appeared to be in proximity to the substation. Consumers Energy s outage map was clear of outages in the area by 10:45 p.m. Friday night.
