It’s been said by many that Jerry knew no strangers. Whether he was driving truck, running a repair shop with his brother Ricky, working at Green Products, or simply participating in his favorite pastime of fishing, Jerry always made friends, some for a moment, and most for a lifetime. There was always room at his table to share a laugh and friendship.
Jerry was an avid gardener and had a great knack for growing and sharing his bounty. He was a voracious reader and enjoyed sharing the knowledge he gained. You didn’t want to play Trivial Pursuit with him. He also had a love of music that he passed on to his children and grandchildren. As most know, Jerry could repair just about anything. He was gregarious, knowledgeable, handy as the pocket on his own shirt, and loved sharing stories that made people roar with
