JESSUP, Md. â Staff discovered an inmate dead inside his dorm Sunday night, at the Dorsey Run Correctional Institution in Jessup.
Maryland State Police identified him as 32-year-old Terry Proctor.
Although the exact cause and manner of his death will officially be determined by an autopsy, police are eyeing a fellow inmate as a potential suspect.
Since no charges have been filed thus far, police are withholding that person s name.
No other details were immediately released.
