SCRANTON, Pa. This week s warm weather melted much of the snow, but what did it uncover?
Photojournalist Corey Burns shows us just what we now see in Lackawanna County. Ohh, I m roasting, said Doris Koloski from Scranton. There s still some piles where it s piled really high. There s some areas where it s kind of puddly because, ya know, it s still melting. Even in front of my house, I still see some empty bottles and some empty papers. I think the main thing that you see like I said, it s throughout the whole section of the city (Scranton) is the people that didn t pick up after their dogs, which really irritates me. There s a lot of dog poop, more of it actually on the streets than up here (Nay Aug Park).
