Two men from Sutton and Croydon have been caught and fined after they pleaded guilty to fly-tipping and littering offences in Epsom recently. In a statement published by Epsom and Ewell Borough Council (EEBC) and reposted by police in the area, council authorities said both men had been fined after they admitted to the offences. Security footage taken at the unspecified scene of the crimes was used to help prosecute the men.
