officer certainly jibes with the fact there would be a constant presence at a place like this. one thing i noticed when i pulled up on the scene, i haven t seen any ambulances which only leads me to believe either i can t see them or they re being taken out the 33rd sign. before they pulled us back, i could look down 33rd street, the south side of the building, saw some officers about a third of the way down the block around a door front, and there appeared to be a set of legs, a torso on the ground, i couldn t see if that person was sitting up, if that person was deceased. they were wearing shorts, cause caution, that s all i can tell you. there didn t appear to be any urgency around that victim. thank you. and lester, we ll reset this since we re at the ends of the hour. nbc news is reporting possibly
