(Not to be confused by a much better Doom 3 mod that has Phobos in its name) Part of the unofficial Russian addons for Doom 3 line-up redistributed in 2005. It s hard to find nowadays, so I reuploaded it here for posterity. Cfg file for max graphics.
This mod adds HD blood, monster giblets and some blood-related Phrozo effects to the game. Also adds static blood textures and wounds to weapons for the Full Body Awareness mod
