Kanye West and Ty Dolla Sign are being sued for copyright infringement by Donna Summer's estate for using her song "I Feel Love" in their Vultures 1 track "Good (Don't Die)." The suit claims the rappers asked to use the hit, were firmly denied due to West's "controversial history," then hired a sound-alike to sing altered lyrics over the melody. The suit is asking for $150,000 for each act of infringement to "recover compensatory damages, maximum statutory damages, attorneys' fees and disgorgement of any profits."
