ScaleCo acquires Pittsburgh s PSP Metrics

Cleveland private equity firm ScaleCo Management announced the acquisition of PSP Metrics Inc., a Pittsburgh-based firm specializing in talent and organizational development and succession planning.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
PSP, founded in 1946, describes itself as a provider of employee measurement tools serving a wide variety of industries throughout the United States and in numerous countries worldwide. The company delivers assessments for customers in the utility, business services, homebuilding and manufacturing industries worldwide, according to ScaleCo.
Gary Williamson, a PSP co-owner since 2001, has been named CEO of PSP concurrent with the deal. Fellow co-owner Steve Guinn will stay with the company during the ownership transition.
