A Warriors Mark man is facing felony charges for allegedly selling the drugs that caused a woman’s overdose death last year at a Ferguson Township motel.
Jeremy J. Brooks, 39, is accused of selling fentanyl and methamphetamine that killed 33-year-old Donnee Gordon, of State College, on August 22.
According to a complaint filed by Ferguson Township police, a witness told investigators she saw Brooks sell Gordon “a couple hundred dollars worth” of heroin and methamphetamine that night and that Brooks said the heroin was “strong.”
Another witness told police he saw a man named “Jeremy or Justin” sell the drugs to Gordon and that he assumed the heroin contained fentanyl, according to the complaint.
