Austin says cleanup efforts led to a healthy population of trout, salmon and beavers, and hes confident the wildlife will return, if the water returns. And were looking forward to our el nino. Reporter according to the Santa Clara Valley Water District, in 2011, the river flowed at 6 cubic feet per second. Today, zero. There is one upside.
