Lao Cai has completed the transport of 7.5 tons of salted cowpeas to Hai Phong port for export to the Japanese market for the first time, said Mr. Luu Hoang Dieu, Chairman of the People s Committee of Gia Phu commune, Bao Thang district (Lao Cai).
