law which makes it harder for people to vote. six weeks ago the state s house democrats staged a walkout to stop a previous version. but state house republicans filed a new election overhaul bill still adding a slew of new restrictions, some changes from the original. democrats are threatening to sue. dianne gallagher is in austin this morning. i spoke to one of the democratic legislators who stage that walkout six weeks and and do they intend doing the same this time and he said all options are on the table. what are you hearing? are you expecting a walkout? could they do that again. reporter: they could do that again. i don t know if that is something that we ll see today and i don t think if democrats know at this point because they haven t been kept abreast of what is going on. there is a lot of information that just sort of came out in the past 24 hours including the agenda itself. the governor didn t set it until roughly 24 hours before the session was set to begin.
