Donovan Moodley is attempting to overturn the most recent decision to refuse him parole and central to his case are his claims of bias against the parole board.
<p>Despite being slapped with a life sentence for murder, and having only served just over 15 years, the parole process for Donavan Moodley is expected to get underway on Friday.</p>
