After Orange County deputies say she was run down by this teenager. Investigators say 15yearold Jancarlos Ortiz sped off in a car as Sergeant Pearce tried to arrest him on burglary charges friday morning. We will have crews hitting those once daylight comes, the day shift working. But for right now watch out on the secondary roads. Working all morning long to make sure the roadways are starting to get clear. You can see the interstate behind me and the primary roads are doing well. The preparations, they started overnight. The real reason at first was due to downed trees because of high wind. Then came the snow. It is still flying around me. Trubs were laying down brian and salt to melt the light dusting. The bigger issue was the temperatures. Once they dropped below the freezing point, that turned snow into ice which created slick and slippery conditions.
