Donald McCullough pled guilty to the felony offense of Unlawful Possession of Firearm by a Felon and was sentenced to Three (3) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, McCullough, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Burglary of a Building was revoked and sentenced to Twelve (12) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
