Jun 1, 2021 / 11:15 AM EST INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) Marion County authorities are searching for a man who failed to register as a sex offender. The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is searching for Donald Freeman. Freeman is considered to be a sexually violent predator. Freeman was convicted of rape in 2001. He failed to register as a sex offender and is wanted by authorities. Both parents of Tobi Olawusi are now on the run from charges of abuse

Baby Tobi died in December 2017 at Hasbro Children’s Hospital, eight months after arriving by ambulance clinically dead.   Upon the child’s arrival as a three-month-old infant, doctors found he had suffered broken arms, 12 fractured ribs, a broken right femur and was bleeding beneath a fractured skull. They also found a human bite mark on his left thigh.

Police seized a loaded gun from the back seat of a car Wednesday night after a traffic stop in Utica. The gun which had its hammer back and was ready to be fired was found by the Utica Police Department after a driver flashed a gun during an argument, police said. Officers responded to Mary and Bacon streets around 9:30 p.m. after a caller reported the driver of a red car had pointed a gun during a dispute. Soon after, officers spotted a vehicle that matched the caller’s description less than half a mile away on Jefferson Avenue near Bleecker Street, police said.
