City planners scheduled a neighborhood compatibility meeting for 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15, in the council chambers at City Hall. Bobby Funk, Green Holdings LLC, and North Main Street Properties of Hendersonville, LLC, filed the application for the rezoning.
The property is made up of three parcels containing 8.7 acres and valued on the tax rolls at $423,300. The landowners, Green Holdings and North Main Street Properties, are controlled by the heirs of Pete Green, the longtime residential and commercial developer who died in 2010. Officers and managers are Thomas H. Ted Jacobson, Paul Bakke, the Dona B. Green Revocable Trust and the Phillip T. Green Jr. GST Family Trust, according to corporate records.
