红网时刻衡阳7月26日讯（通讯员 唐兰荣 记者 谭倩）7月23日，衡阳市珠晖区酃湖乡双江村村部前坪上热闹非常。2021年度“爱之翼·扶残助行”项目珠晖区轮椅捐赠仪式正在这里进行，30名残疾人坐上了崭新的轮椅。
“领到了轮椅，今后生活就方便多了！”刚刚领到爱心轮椅的酃湖乡上托村肢体二级残疾人刘友叶激动地说，“真的很感谢党和政府对我们残疾人的关心，有了轮椅我就可以多出去转转，和乡亲叙叙话，看看美丽乡村……”
“此次‘爱之翼·扶残助行’项目珠晖区轮椅捐赠活动是全面推动“我为群众办实事”主题实践活动走深、走实的具体体现。”珠晖区残联理事长刘俊表示，区残联还将陆续在康复、就业培训、教育、维权等诸多方面给残疾人更大的资助。
