A plan to build 250 apartments in 10 buildings in the historic Dahlman neighborhood south of downtown Omaha took a big step forward with a City Council action Tuesday.
“The property has been sitting vacant for a long time. We get to put it back to a productive use. It helps support the surrounding land uses,” city planner said.
