Before you leave home, check with your insurance agent or carrier to see if your existing policy covers damage to a rental vehicle or your liability as a driver. If so, you can skip buying insurance from the rental car company. If you are traveling for business, you may be covered by an employer’s policy.

The St. Louis Blues will soon open the post season, and that means a variety of criminals are also gearing up. The Better Business Bureau warns fans looking for tickets need to be alert to scammers that could be selling bogus tickets.
The opportunity for sports fans to be scammed by fake ticket sellers occurs most often when people buy tickets from individuals outside the stadium, on the street or through online auctions, classified ads, and bulletin boards. BBB spokesman Don O Brien tells The Big Z with the pandemic precautions, most sales have gone online or through mobile ticketing.

In the case of finding someone to mow your lawn, he advises you to get recommendations from friends and neighbors with lawns you admire; ask for a lawn inspection; get specifics on prices and be clear on what services are included; and check to see if the lawn care provider needs a license to work in your area if one is needed.
