Anybody that can do 40 years in a job like this and still get up every morning and be motivated and energetic and the hardest working guy on your shift, Pretty Amazing character. It just goes to show, you know, the type of person he was. Reporter deputy foley grew up in concord. He was a star athlete at Concord High School and was considered by many to be a great presence in the community. He even covered events in this pavilion several times.
