A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party in Abia state, Mayor Lucky Igbokwe, better known as Don Lulu, has expressed optimism as the party set to hold a fresh primary election following the death of Prof. Uche Ikonne. The fresh primary will hold in Umuahia, Abia State, as directed by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). Igbokwe noted that the polls offered another opportunity to vote for a credible, competent and widely acceptable individual like him, to fly the flag and win the election for the party at the polls.
