Downtown Kitchener is known for its diverse selection of restaurants. Japanese, Korean, Salvadoran and Ethiopian, to name only a few. But in the last couple of months, the Latin food scene in DTK has been heating up. Food columnist Andrew Coppolino went to check out new Mexican and Spanish restaurants.
