Rajib, a former minister in Mamata Banerjee cabinet, on Friday resigned from the Trinamool Congress and as MLA of the West Bengal Assembly. He was the forest minister in the West Bengal government and represented the Domjur Assembly seat in Howrah. I have resigned as the MLA of the state assembly. I submitted my resignation letter to the speaker.
