Hundreds of people gathered at the Rodarte Community Center for Diá del Campeón boxing match on Sept. 16 in Greeley to watch local boxers go head to head in several weight classes.
Well, once again Mother Nature threw a wrench into things as the annual Greeley Fishing Derby kicked off on Saturday under drizzly skies and with lower than normal temperatures. Despite the un-summer like weather, 289 anglers of all ages and skill levels gathered at Sanborn Park to cast their lines into the pond for a chance to reel in a whopper.
