The rally, across from City Hall at the Municipal Services Building plaza, was held beneath a mural honoring Black women leaders in the struggle against police brutality. Faces depicted include Ramona Africa, Pam Africa and YahNé Ndgo, who facilitated the rally.

The city removed a homeless encampment at a PATCO station in Center City.
PHILADELPHIA - The city removed a homeless encampment at a Center City PATCO station Wednesday. They say they were offering them better options for housing and treatment.
However, the homeless called it an eviction while the city called it an encampment resolution. No matter what you called it, the underground homeless encampment at the Locust Street PATCO station looks different.
