A piece of green space in Croxley Green has been saved from development after plans for new homes were refused. Credit: Gareth Morris Councillors have overwhelmingly decided to vote down plans to build new homes on open green space in a neighbourhood. At a meeting last week, the planning committee at Three Rivers District Council turned down an application for six homes and three terraced houses in Sycamore Road, Croxley Green. The committee concluded the development would harm the character of the area with ten councillors voting in favour of refusal, after a motion was put forward by committee member Sara Bedford.
