An industrial building with offices and warehouse space in Windsor Locks has sold for $6.9 million.
New Jersey-based Ella Flying High LLC and Dominic Hasek LLC of Charlotte, N.C., bought the property at 293 Ella Grasso Turnpike from Hartford-based Ella Grasso Owner LLC and principal Aharon Friedman in a deal recorded Aug. 15.
The building contains 3,100 square feet of office space and a warehouse with more than 81,600 square feet of space.
It sits on 4.75 acres near Bradley International Airport, and has a total appraised value of more than $2.7 million.
