Judge Dominic Frank fined Patricia Exline, of 10th Street Extension, Wellsville, $150 on a charge of disorderly conduct, reduced from first-degree misdemeanor theft. She also was given a 30-day suspended jail sentence. Frank gave her option of paying an additional $200 in lieu of completing her mandated 20-hour community service hours ($10 per hour).

Staff Report EAST LIVERPOOL A Southern Local school board member took a plea deal Tuesday afternoon in city municipal court. Judge Dominic Frank sentenced Patricia Exline, of 10th Street Extension, to pay a $150 fine plus costs on a charge of disorderly conduct, reduced from first-degree misdemeanor theft, and a 30-day suspended jail sentence. Frank gave the option of paying an additional $200 in lieu of completing her mandated 20-hour community service hours ($10 per hour). Exline, who pleaded no contest, also is prohibited from having contact with any other Walmart in Columbiana County under the threat of further additional criminal charges. If she wouldn’t have accepted the fourth-degree misdemeanor, Exline could have been fined $1,000 and spent up to six months in jail. The maximum penalty for disorderly conduct is $250 and 30 days in jail.

Jackson EAST LIVERPOOL The Former Canal Winchester man, previously known in East Liverpool as ‘John Doe,’ was arrested again Friday in the East Liverpool area. According to police, Aundarcio E. Jackson was the subject of a routine traffic stop at 3:14 a.m. in the area of state Route 39, heading towards Chester, W.Va. on state Route 39 before eventually pulling over near a trailer park off of U.S. Route 30 on the right side. There he made a U-turn before heading back on Route 30 towards the Chester exit, where Jackson allegedly crashed his vehicle and led Chester police on a foot pursuit on Chester Avenue.
