I only make that point to say we live in an environment where we are mitigating all these problems. As much as i would love to live in a world where we could simply eliminate them or get to a place where we eliminate them, realistically we are going to be dealing with strategies to mitigate these problems. I want to, before we open it up to questions, get a little more specific on what the private sector should be able to do, and maybe steve you or anyone else jump in on this. Theres been a lot of discussion of active defense, of actions that the private sector could do in its own infrastructure, honey pots, et cetera or moving outside of its infrastructure to try to get back its data.
