MANILA - Most parts of the country will experience fair weather with isolated rains due to thunderstorms, the weather bureau said Tuesday. The frontal system affecting extreme Northern Luzon will bring rains over Batanes, Babuyan Islands and Ilocos Norte. "Take precautions against possible floods and landslides in these areas," Aldczar Aurelio of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said. No low pressure area or weather disturbances are currently being monitored inside and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), Aurelio said. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies will prevail over the rest of Luzon. Cloudy skies will prevail in the afternoon until night, and rains are likely due to thunderstorms.
