(Photo courtesy of DAR Negros Occidental II-South) BACOLOD CITY - A total of 22 farmers in Hinigaran, Negros Occidental have received land titles and were subsequently installed in separate rites facilitated by personnel of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR). On Friday, 18 agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) became new landowners of agricultural properties in Barangay Camalobalo. Twelve ARBs were awarded certificates of land ownership award (CLOAs) to 16.88 hectares formerly owned by spouses Rafael and Lourdes Guanzon while six were given titles to 12.47 hectares of land that used to belong to Maria Limoncito.
