韓國外交部：日本取消原定雙邊領袖會談 - 政治圈

韓國聯合新聞通訊社報導，外交部官員今天表示，韓日外交當局原本協議在G7峰會期間簡單進行雙邊領袖峰會，但日方最後以韓方年度例行的「東海（即日本海）領土保衛演習」為由，拒絕這次會面。 韓國政府自1986年至今，每年都會出動海軍、海警艦艇及飛機進行這項防禦演習，今年上半年預定於本週舉行，範圍涉及韓日間多年來主權爭議不斷的獨島（日本稱竹島），又稱為獨島防衛演習。 日方往年在韓國進行獨島防衛訓練時都會表達不滿，今年甚至以此為由取消原定領袖會談，加上近期在東京奧運官網地圖及自衛隊宣傳影片中將獨島標為竹島，引發韓國輿論反彈。 據日媒報導，日本首相菅義偉在G7峰會後受訪時表示，他不考慮與未解決前徵用工及慰安婦賠償判決問題的文在寅總統會面。韓聯社報導認為，上述說法可能也是出自政治考量。 �
