what s the legal justification for that. basically, they re using their d discretion. example, if you have a grandfather plan that doesn t require maternity. you get in a year, you get pregnant and sue your insurer and say you were supposed to cover maternity by law. they can t say, well, the president said. that s exactly what they can argue and they will if such a thing should happen. they ll argue it, but the insurance company does not have confidence that argument will carry in court. that s part of the broader problem. i agree that muddling through is necessary. i agree. i don t agree. i think the problem with the insurance company, they might lose money. that s part of the deal. if you get into this, look, this is a huge boom to the insurance company, why they spent all this money pushing it. it s a long-term thing and they have to recognize that. i know it s hard to do business in an unsteady arena and that s what we ve got now. it s not going to be done
