Reporter Police Released the dash camera video today in a news conference, but because the video is graphic and the family has requested that we not air it, we are only showing still officer for almost 30 years and ive never seen an incident this horrific by two dogs. Brown deer police chief says his responding officer could immediately see the two teens were in danger and the officer had to stop the attack. One of the dogs is taking a girl to the ground and the already has the second girl on the ground and is biting her. In the video you see the officer run over and draw his weapon. One victim runs away. Ground. The officer fires one shot at the primary dog in the attack, and then the second girl runs away
After spending 24 years behind bars a milwaukee man is hours away from being a free man. Free man. From being a 120 years in prison but right now has been exonerated. Ann sterling joins us live with whats happening today. Daryl Dwayne Holloway was serving time on two Sexual Assault convictions. He was found guilty in 1993 but a Milwaukee County judge signed an order yesterday vacating that 120year sentence. This is according the codirector of the wisconsin innocence project. The director says new dna evidence proved holloway in fact, he says it conclusively excluded daryl holloway. Yesterday the judge dismissed all charges. Holloway will be released from Green Bay Correctional Institution today. Breaking news this morning. One woman is in Critical Condition this morning after being hit by a vehicle on Greenfield Avenue overnight. Crosswalk at the time. The driver took off from the scene.
